You've most probably heard that you are what you eat. You may have thought it was just a phrase said by parents wanting their kids to eat their vegetables but you truly are what you eat! Stop drinking alcohol if you can since it has no beneficial value for weight loss.

Now you are aware of what you need to and shouldn't eat. Examine your normal eating habits and formulate some ways to make your meals more nutritious.
